This update is rolling as of yesterday (7/7) when the United States.

This feature is quite easy for us to find. If you open the comment column, this pin option will appear along with the reply, report, and delete options.

This feature can already be found in the comments column on the Youtube video, and on the Twitter profile. This feature is useful for directing the contents of the conversation in the comments column in the direction you want. Or just put your favorite comments at the top of your post.

This pinned comments feature is rolled out in conjunction with the comment filter feature that was introduced earlier.

Instagram Reels Feature Will Be Widely Expanded

Previously, Facebook was known to have tested new features on Instagram, namely Reels in several countries. But this time, the country where the test was held was added.

Launching Business Insider, the Reels feature is now being tested in India. Reels itself is a video editing tool designed to compete with TikTok.

Interestingly, this trial in India rolled a few days after the Indian government blocked TikTok, along with 58 other Chinese applications. It was reported that many Instagram users in India have received the new Reels feature in the latest update.

This has also been confirmed by a Facebook spokesperson.

"We plan to start testing the new version of Reels in more countries," a Facebook spokeswoman told Business Insider.

"Reels is a fun and creative way for people who want to express themselves and seek entertainment. We are happy to bring this new version to more of our global community. There are no further plans for launch dates or countries for now," he added.

Reels itself is rolled out quite slowly as a new feature. This feature was first launched in Brazil last year, and has just expanded to France and Germany.

Facebook itself is likely to soon expand the presence of Reels, after the closure of the short video social network made by Lasso, for allegedly migrating to Reels.
